I found 2 night stands on craigslist a few months ago. They were nasty orange-stained cheap pine color with broken knobs. So I painted them. Some good ol' raffia cream and new knobs seems to have done the job here.
And then the head board. Originally I wanted something upholstered and light in color. Then I saw this @ the thrift store in Mammoth. Hmmm. $15? I could handle that. What do you think?
I think I need some different lamps and a new bedspread.

That's so funny - I've got an upholstered light colored headboard and we're looking for something like THAT! HAHA

I love them both! I love to redo wood furniture, it always comes out looking amazing.
